That would have to be a third party battery on a system as old as this one - -contact the seller.

@ejn63 I bought this battery because it was mention that this is a original battery from Dell. With1year warranty.

If so, have the seller replace it. This system is about nine years old, and new OEM batteries are rarely produced beyond the first 4-5 years of a system's life -- meaning it may be OEM but is likely at least 3-4 years old.
