Bluetooth Stopped Working
I was having trouble with my bluetooth mouse not connecting. I would have to remove and reinstall. Today I tried that but it said you couldn't remove it. I then saw the bluetooth icon has disappeared. I went through Microsoft and a remote access guy tried a few things. He said the bluetooth adapter isn't working for some reason.

Always provide the computer model and the OS installed when requesting assistance.
You can click here for troubleshooting bluetooth issues on your computer.
To receive assistance from Dell chat support, they need to verify the warranty status and ownership. Then you must troubleshoot with them. Click the "Get Help Now" icon on the right to start a live chat session. If already out of warranty, click here for the Dell out of warranty offering.

Hi
The bluetooth adapter referred to, is that the integral one part of the Wi-Fi adapter?
You can try ...
WINKEY +R type cmd CTRL + Shift + Enter
A DOSBOX command line terminal appears.
Type GETMAC
The listing shows 2 items with similar MAC addresses 48-E2-44 etc which means they are from the same Maker (probably Realtek in my case) and 1 will be the Blue-Tooth, which shows as Disconnected. BUT it is still there.
So if you can make some progress and ask again as needed.
