Please list exact Dell model number and version of windows. Example: Dell Inspiron 3543, windows 10
You can find Dell Model number in BIOS or by entering service tag number in link below
Drivers & Downloads | Dell US
The service tag number usually is listed on a sticker located at the bottom of the laptop.
In the meantime, run Dell Preboot Diagnostics to check Hardware within the computer.
1.Power off computer
2. Power on computer, quickly start tapping F12 key continuously until you see Preparing One Time Boot Menu.
3. In the menu, select Diagnostics. Report backs any error code
