Blackscreen makes me confuse

If the system is producing video artifacts during the self-tests, it's likely the GPU (or GPU circuitry on the CPU die) is failing.  

If the system is passing video tests during the self-test but not under Windows, it's likely a driver issue.  These systems never had support for Windows 10, and video support is hit or miss as a result.

If the failure is during the self-test, note that repairing the system will require a new CPU or mainboard -- either of which may make little sense on a system this old, with well under $50 in value for a complete working system.

The problem/ERROR still ,  i i alread do all any method without unplug any gpu, cpu, or motherboard, 

I just buy new RAM and CMOs battery,  and HDD now is empty i format in with smartphone and  place it again to my laptop, 

So i want try buy monitor/external monitor (i wish monitor ex PC witj VGA port is enough),  before i do my wish to buy monitor.... I have important question,  it is ok i have

Monitor with VGA port then connect it to my blackscreen laptop via HDMI or VGA port?, 

I have worry my monitor will no respon because my blackscreen laptop or hdmi and vga port have problem,  because i never use vga or hdmi socket since first time, 

About Dell Service,  ofcource so glad if i can do it,  i still have plan upgrade my inspiron 14 N4050 to able use 16GB RAM ETC,  but my plan to upgrade still on sky, 

So please with best appreciate from me may this problem solved so my laptop back witj normal screen again,  about hardware,  i cant tell you the problem is from hardware,  i really cant find it from ePSA hardware problem indicator, 

But i feel this still posible.

I wish all gif can make better finding why my laptop blackscreen, 

I ofcourse i have plan to upgrade my inspiron 14 N4050 to have 16GB RAM etc,  so yes go to dell service is good choice,  but my plan still on sky,

About hardwarenproblem i cant find it from ePSA hardware problem indicator the ePSA diagnostic test run till end without problem or beep sounds, 

I have plan to buy monitor like pc monitor or external monitor,  honestly i hope have monitor ex PC is enough to connect it via VGA or HDMI socket from my laptop so i can see the screen from secondary monitor,  but i have worry my secondary monitor will no have respon to show any screen from my laptop,  because since first time i never use VGA or HDMI socket, 

Should vga and hdmi port/socket in my laptop is no have problem to give secondary monitor have same screen, 

I know hardware problem still posibble even ePSA no give any signal there have hardware problem,  i just dont have knowledge to find it, 

I just reformat HDD with smartpgone then place it again to my laptop, 

So what best choice to fix this blackscreen problem ya? 

My best appreciate is anybody who have Dell product feel same,

So the issue is

No correct screen display when attempting to install W7 or W10?  YES / NO

Can you try a NON MS OS, like Linux Mint (https://www.linuxmint.com/download.php)?

If the Graphics output is the same then it may be a failure with the main Board.

How did you create install USB, and did you verify the download?

So well anne_droid... I didnt yet try any linux OS installation since blackscreen happening,  i remember i use kubuntu latest os and when on in installlation proccess kubuntu ask me about GPT grub is better then MBR,  so may you use it and it will not dell any file,  i click yes,  the kubuntu installation process is end without error,  i just install it for any another use for wgen it is good idea to use, 

And i remember too i click easybcd about load boot from RAW,  i click 3 option in there and ecery option do sometging like defragment HDD when use partition kanager on windows etc,  i dont humble to wait so every proccess easybcd RAW option i click is i cancel every it, 

And i use Grub2win too before blackscreen happening, 

Before that all my laptop never blackscreen,  so i dont know it is about easybcd,  grub2win,  kubuntu or windows 10 pro N or education N,  this it my last activity before blackscreen and after blackscreen can fixed then flackscreen now stull not fixed, 

About mainboard failer or graphics failer i really dont understand the clue is fit from blackscreen happening or ePSA diagnostic or what, 

so how about external monitor or use secondary monitor idea to fix this blackscreen,  what easier explaination if this idea is great final idea to fix blackscreen. 

i still cant made any usb bootable since my laptop is blackscreen,  do any where to say may i is hard on obligation on me to sure did my question is not making worry or the answer you can try else do is on face thoughts. 

Coz why i am here on Dell forum community. 

and exactly i already have bootable i made before my laptop is screen like ISO and IMG loader,  just coppy and paster the file without remade bootable usb etc, 

Tjis reason is ya i do reflashing A08 BIOS is from this ISO file FreeDOS 11 live bootable iso,  everything just use feelings and hear fan slow or fast coz what.
