Blackscreen laptop, frequently random.
Hello,
I have a Dell G15 Gaming Laptop
THe screen goes black randomly and you can tell its still "lit up"
sometimes if you plug in an HDMI cable to a TV the screen comes back. Some times it doesnt.
I have factory reset the computer. updated my drivers. and the issues persists.
Any sggestions?
