Bios Update
I started a bios update last night. It seemed that everything was going good in the first few minutes. I got to Update progress: completed and it's been stuck there for 12 hours. What should I do next?

Force restart your PC to exit the stuck BIOS update screen.

@esushi Holding the power button down is not getting it shut down. Is there another way to force a restart besides unplugging and removing the battery? The computer says, "Please do not remove the AC
power!"
