Bios update
I have been having issues with bios 2.37 since my laptop upgrade to it . It kept restarting I couldn’t even install another windows. Yesterday I noticed dell have released another 2.40 which I installed successfully but my screen went dark eventough the system is still live . My model is inspiron 13 5310 . Honestly I don’t what to do because that 2.37 is not even available in dell official site which caused problems . I need help

It's better to contact Dell support directly as it's something in which we can't help. They may provide steps or ask you to visit merest service center for reprogramming Bios. Contact them via online chat or call. You can see "Get help" on down right corner. Click on it and ask it to connect you to real person
