BIOS update stuck at 0% on Dell Inspiron 3558
I am updating the BIOS on my Dell Inspiron 3558 using the update feature on Dell SupportAssist. Initially, the BIOS update went through normally, but after reaching 100%, it dropped back to 0% and stayed stuck there for almost two hours (even though the computer was still warm and the hard drive was still spinning). 
What should I do now?

You can restart the system and then check the bios version to verify that is was successfully updated.

Well you can try the Dell BIOS Recovery Mode it will be helpful for you.

Does the system have a battery that's at least 50% charged and a recognized AC adpater?
