BIOS, Power Managment, Inspiron 3501, Cirrus Audio Codec

Requesting Dell to provide a BIOS update which fixes the issue between Cirrus audio Codec especially in accordance with Intel Power Managment, Intel Managment Engine 15.0 after the bios update and windows, I lost the audio functionality, Inspected Hardware twice from local and reputed service center come to a conclusion no issues going there. 

BIOS test passed Successfully no error codes all electronic communications were normal.  Uploading a log from LatencyMon being evident here. Audio works after restarts.
