Battery Replacement Related
Today I just wanted to get my Dell Inspiron 15 5000 ( Model :- Inspiron 5593 ) battery replaced. But when I visited the Authorised service centre location at Poojapura Road , Trivandrum where the staff told me that the total cost for the battery replacement is 5500 INR . I never did the replacement before so just want to know is the price 5500 INR is the right price for battery replacement or not ?

If it's a new OEM battery it's a great price - in the US, these run about $100.
If it is a third party battery, which I suspect it is for that price it depends on the quality level of the battery.
