If the system is under warranty, call Dell for service. If not, you can either open up the system and check the keyboard cable yourself, or have a local shop do the work for you. If you need a link to the service manual, post the model number (Inspiron 3501, 5593, etc.) -- it's on the setup screen -- F2 at powerup.

System model? Age? Have you checked the battery to ensure it's not swollen?

@ejn63 Battery is not swollen. windows11. Purchased Iate 2022. Onscreen keyboard is only option for keys to work
