AWCC Indefinite loading

Hi, I am currently running a stock W11, and custom W11 dual boot on a G15 5530 (i7 13th gen, 4050), custom windows being a very stripped down W11.

I noticed that AWCC fails to load on stripped windows and just shows a loading circle indefinitely, whereas AWCC works fine on stock W11. What are the necessary modules to support AWCC?

It's infuriating that this is the only way to change the fan speed.
