Automatic updates - blue screen frozen at 7% for hours every day
Today I had another incident of my Inspiron 16 Plus 7630 laptop freezing for two hours with a blue screen that says "Working on updates 7% complete. Don't turn off you PC... This happened yesterday as well. There is nothing in the Dell Support Assist history or the Windows Update history. Any idea what was happening?

Power off or restarting the computer usually will fix the window update problem. Please check in windows updates setting to check if windows updates are correctly installing onto your system. Type Settings onto search box, select windows update, click on Check for Updates. If there is a Pending update, try installing it. If pending update still does not install, run the Windows Update Troubleshooter.
Type Troubleshooter onto search box, select Other Troubleshooter, window update, and then Run.
