The Windows 11 audio troubleshooter is a built-in tool that can automatically detect and fix common audio problems. To use it, open Settings, go to System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters, and find the "Playing Audio" troubleshooter. Click "Run" to start the process.
You can click here to download the audio drivers for your laptop. You may also try updating the chipset drivers first.
To receive assistance from Dell chat support, they need to verify the warranty status and ownership. Then you must troubleshoot with them. Click the "Get Help Now" icon on the right to start a live chat session. If already out of warranty, click here for the Dell out of warranty offering.

Well to install a driver that is not digitally signed, you can temporarily disable driver signature enforcement in Windows. This allows you to install drivers without the security check and you can also try the a good driver utility software as well to install and update driver on your windows for that you can try the software called Advanced Driver Updater is good option to try.
