Am I locked ?

Question

So I have an dell inspiron n4050 and windows is broken ( got shutdown by killing the power) this happend once again we couldnt get windows on it cuz it was asking for bios pass  so we got it to an repair store and they got it and so now that it happend again I wanna know how can I find the bios password( if possible) or bypass it cuz I dont wanna take it to a repair shop because I am poor and my family doesnt make that much so if possible I wanna fix it myself.

If the system password is unknown then you will have to call Dell tech support and after confirming that you are the registered owner, then can assist you. If the system is out of warranty, there will be a charge for this service.
