Remind me why you are running Alienware Command Center for Laptops on a (non-Alienware) G15 5530.
Is your panel's resolution set to native/max/recommended?
Can you back-off the Windows-Scaling a bit?
Verify that is a "stock" Scaling preset and not a Custom one.

Some confusion here.
The G series laptops are not Alienware Laptops which is why the post was moved out of the Alienware Laptops board.
But, the G series laptops do utilize the AWCC (Alienware Command Center) as shown on the G15 5530 Drivers & Downloads page.
BogdanG76 had previously posted back in August that AWCC 6.9.15.0 had issues. BogdanG76 is now reporting an issue with AWCC 6.12.24.0 02.
BogdanG76, did you unstall previous version, restart, then install the AWCC 6.12.24.0 Full installer?
Did you test the prior AWCC 6.10.15.0 before jumping to AWCC 6.12.24.0?

@DELL-ChrisM2 ,
A good reminder as it's always been the recommended and best way to install AWCC.

Display resolution is set to recommended, scale to recommended, nothing custom.
Issue appeared on AWCC 6.10.15.0
Uninstalled with revouninstaller, restart, then installed AWCC 6.12.24.0 Full installer
Also some users reported this issue on reddit 4 month ago and the response was "the team is aware of this and will provide a fix on march 2026"

Agreed that they did not fix it in AWCC 6.12.24.0 02 Mar 2026. But since you know the cause =
The AWCC user interface may not scale correctly when the window is resized. The application launches in full-screen mode, but the screen fails to adjust proportionally when reducing the window size.
Why do you resize it? As the Workaround states = Use the application in a full-screen mode.

The app starts in full screen like you see in the photo with all items huge, not fitting the screen. When I try to resize, the window does resize but content remains unchanged, huge.
That is not a solution.

@BogdanG76 ,
Cool. So, as a work-around until they get it fixed ... maybe try one Scaling (preset) level lower. You might even find it acceptable and welcome the added screen real-estate.

@DELL-ChrisM2 ,
At this point, it might be prudent to send AWCC-devs an email reminding them that their AWCC is also running on these non-Alienware laptops (with possibly lower resolution screens in some configs).

There is no public email address listed for the developers of AWCC.
The screen resolution is Full HD 1920x1080.
Changing the scale from 125% (Recommended) to 100% will make the content of AWCC in full screen mode to fit the window (still huge) but everything else is too small.

No. You can report the problem using "Feedback" on AWCC app.
