Alienware Command Center is currently not available in your account, error code 0x803F8001

Hi, I have a Dell G15 5510 running Windows 11, today I started getting this pop-up error message which makes the laptop functionally useless as the pop-up message keeps returning after closing it.

Apparently the only work around is to kill the AWCC task from the task manager, and I've seen some users in Reddit complaining about the same, started just today. Any help would be appreciatted :).

Alienware Command Center (AWCC) is back online.

If you’re still seeing the 0x803F8001 error or similar issues, please try the following:

  • Uninstall your current version of Alienware Command Center.
  • Restart your system.
  • Download and install the latest package for your specific model from Dell Drivers & Downloads.

We appreciate everyone’s feedback and the way you’ve been helping each other throughout this thread.

Thank you for your patience and collaboration.

I have the same issue, starting today. The only solution at this moment is to uninstall the Alienware Command Center and wait for the next update patch.

Estou com o mesmo problema, ja tentei instalar todos os programas sugeridos pela Dell e nada.

I'm having the same problem, I've already tried installing all the programs suggested by Dell and nothing worked.

@user_abd22a FYI

I had no windows update as it was done earlier. I just booted my computer from sleep state and started with the issues.

I have disabled the servvice.

It's another global software stuff up.

Uninstall did not work.  I had to disable the service from running and restarted the pc.  That worked to stop the issue from recurring.

Mircoslop probably let AI write the code again. I knew this would start happening once they hired a guy to code for Windows who bragged about never once used the OS before. Once Steam OS comes out I'm swapping in a heartbeat.
