After upgrading Win 11 Not output device Like sound & Mice is working
Hi Dell team,
Can you please help me for the same. In win 10 sound and mic will work properly but after upgrading to win 11 sound & mic is not working . On speaker icon the following massage massage showing that No Output Device is connected but in actual I am connected External speaker as well as internal speaker. This issue will occurred after updating drivers & win. Can you please help to resolve this in priority basis.

Most likely, you need to reinstall your audio drivers. If you need a more specific answer, at least post the full model number (Inspiron 3501, etc).

Hi Ejn63,
I was installed all the drivers. And laptop.model is dell vostro 3400 (2022-24) model.

Same here with inspiron 3501 no Sound and mic windows 11 24h2 Cirrus Codec. before it used to work with 23h2 now no sound reinstalled driver it doesn't recognize or gives code 10 the device cannot start in device manager. related audio services are working.

Uninstall the audio driver, then reboot and try reinstalling it.
