Accidentally Broke my Dell KM3322W Universal Receiver, it’s possible to buy Universal Receiver for My Dell Keyboard and Mouse ? or i throw my Keyboard and mouse to Garbage?

The universal receiver doesn't support your model of keyboard-mouse combo.

That combo sells for about $30 -- you'd pay more than half that for just the receiver even if it were compatible.
