About speaker internal of audio dell 5559/ 2016 model w10 home

I have dell 5559 6th gen core i5 ms office w10 home single language I did purchased on 2017 today as we know that 2026, feb 27

But my laptop condition excellent 👌 superb because I do care of my laptop all parts are orginal never open for repair and even orignal software of w10 i am so excited 

But i have issues of speaker sterio 🔊 audio internal main audio is good but sometime when increase the audio volume above 80 point issues how when play music or movies above 80 i think speaker compan nervous janjanahat i mean to say that actually English not well but please i hope you can understand above 80 speaker working but disbalance please support and suggest me what to do under 60 speaker working excellent fine but above 80 speaker working but disbalancing of sound dell 5559 / 6th gen core i5 / 2016 model w10 home ms office 2016 model

So if audio starts to become distorted above 80% then that may be a limitation of the speakers themselves. Some speakers just aren't as good as others and they'll start clipping or sound harsh the louder they get. The alternative is that the speakers are starting to fail. Unfortunately, this model is a bit dated so I can't confirm if we have preboot diagnostic speaker test. That said, you could still try out this general procedure for our systems:

  1. Restart the unit
  2. Tap the F12 key on the keyboard when the dell logo appears to enter the one time boot menu
  3. If available, select Diagnostics
  4. The quick test should automatically start
  5. A series of loud beeps should be heard. If the speakers are distorted here, then you'll want to replace them

Again, i'm not too sure if the diagnostic will be present since this is an older model. However, if it is, then it'll be a good test to run. If you haven't already, you should also update the audio driver to make sure its not attributed to software. If the speakers need to be replaced, then here is the service manual. That said, it may be difficult to get spare parts for it given the age.
