8.2mm should be able to squeeze in but other vendors M.2 logic may be a better choice as the Samsung 990 is aimed at desktop users

No, it will not fit -- that's closing on a centimeter in depth in a chassis that's only 25 mm in depth at its deepest part, and that's before considering the tightly-packed interior components. You need a bare drive -- the models with a built in heatsink will not fit.
