Hi
Dunno.
I usually use the GETMAC command to list the MAC addresses.
Can you please post the results of yours?
Physical Address Transport Name
=================== ==========================================================
48-E2-44-54-66-27 \Device\Tcpip
B0-5A-DA-DE-84-28 Media disconnected
48-E2-44-54-66-28 Media disconnected
The above shows 3 mac addresses, the 48 E2 44 pair are for the WiFi and Bluetooth.
So if you have them, next would be install drivers to suit.

@BHARATH DAASEGOWDA
So the 38 14 28 comes back as Dell.
F0 77 C3 is assigned to Intel.
Do you have an ethernet port?
The hardware not present could indicate a failed piece of hardware.
So can you list the Wi-Fi card that you have?
Drivers are here...
