Nobody knows what you're talking about. We don't know what model computer you have, what that update is and where you saw it or where it showed as not applicable.
If you want help, create a better post with relevant details.

I am sorry. When I filled out the request, on my screen it had the computer and such information and I just thought the information was posted with the request. I just tried to install it again and this time it was installed. In the future, if I need any additional support, I will do a better job of giving more information.
