15 3520 - Poor Product quality and no customer centric services with Dell India

Subject: Extremely Disappointed with Dell Product Quality and Service

Dear Dell Support Team,

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the product I purchased from Dell. The design of the product is fundamentally flawed, which has resulted in severe damage to the hinges. I purchased three units, and out of those, two have already suffered broken hinges. To make matters worse, the cost of replacement parts amounts to 25% of the product’s original price, which is absolutely unacceptable for a premium brand like Dell.

Adding to this frustration, my warranty expired a few months ago, and there was zero communication from Dell regarding renewal or extension reminders. This lack of proactive support demonstrates gross negligence and a discriminatory attitude toward your customers.

Frankly, my overall experience with Dell has been nothing short of disappointing. I trusted Dell for quality and reliability, but this purchase has proven to be a terrible decision. I expect Dell to take immediate responsibility for this issue and provide a fair resolution, including free repairs or replacements for the defective products.
