Your battery is very low warning...
I've got an Inspiron 2330 AIO that has started giving me the message show below.
There is no battery, other than the CMOS battery & the APC UPS the computer is using has a brand new battery in it. I have read that sometime this can indicate the CMOS battery needing to be replaced, but time stays consistent on the computer, even after being shut down & unplugged for a while.
Any suggestions?

Plug computer directly into wall (bypassing UPS) and see if you get that message; if not then your UPS may be the culprit.
I would replace the cmos battery in any case.
PS You could make a change to a minor BIOS 'entry' and see if change hangs in after removing *all* power (but of course this has its negative potentialities).
