Wi-Fi Adapter Acting Up
Inspiron 3670
Qualcomm QCA9565 802.11b/g/n Wireless Adapter intermittently disconnects. I have restarted it several times as well as the router and PC. It seems to be getting worse. Can I replace it?

try a clean Windows install to see if issue improves. if the WLAN still acts up on a fresh clean install, then replace it.

Version of Windows?
Have you checked the Windows power settings? Open Device Manager and find the entry for the Qualcomm WiFi card under Network Adapters. Click its Power Management tab and uncheck the box "Allow PC to turn off..."
Exit Device Manager and navigate to Windows Advanced Power Settings screen for the active power plan. How you get there depends on version of Windows.
On that screen, change Wireless Adapter Settings to max performance, disable Hybrid Sleep, disable USB Selective Suspend, and disable PCI Express Link State Management. Then set Processor Power Management Maximum to 100%. You can also set Processor Power Management Minimum to 100% since this PC doesn't use a battery.
Be sure to apply the Power plan changes and reboot.
See if that resolves the WiFi issue...
