I did a factory reset so I could delete my personal info and give to a family member. Now I get a white screen on the monitor. What did I do?

A white screen usually means the operating system has been corrupted or deleted.
Please download and install the operating system. If same windows operating system, wait for online Microsoft database to automatically assign existing licence. How to install your Operating System when you don't have a CD or DVD drive in your Dell Computer. | Dell US.
