WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR problem on inspiron 3671

hi, i got problem on my dell inspiron 3671 desktop like "WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR" and even it forces run automatic repair, tried ram test using mem86test (12gb dual - 1x4gb and 1x 8gb) and it passed, tried cpu stress test and it works fine, and i did check ssd health and it said "93%" and power supply still works fine, why it still WHEA error appear and i didn't do anything wrong, i guess WHEA error problem is i did let it run 24/7
