Updated Bios Windows Hello not working cannot detect camera

Camera appears to recognise me but still asking for Pass code. to access computor.
anyone else had this problem

I don't have this laptop, but I have a suggestion.
When you use the camera normally, does the image look as good (or better) than before?
Have you tried to re-create the authorization?

Thank you Tesla1856 I really appreciate your imput. I did as you suggested and re created the authorisation.
All went well and i can now log in with face recogniton. Thanks very much for your help, much appreciated.
