Unable to Manually Check for Drivers
Checking for drivers using 'Check for Updates' (SupportAssist) does not find any downloads.
Checking for drivers using 'Find Drivers' NO LONGER allows me to search for Windows 11 drivers .
SupportAssist - v 3.14.0.91
OS - Windows 11 22H2 Build(22621.1635)

Might have been a temporary site problem...
What browser are you using? Have you tried clearing the browser's cache, cookies, history etc? Or trying a different browser?
Works for me when Win 11 is selected from the drop-down menu using Firefox.

Did you use the dropdown arrow on Operating System box to switch to Win 11?

Ron,
Thanks for the info & I'm now able to m anually download drivers etc again!
I've been unable to do this for about 4 weeks, and the url you supplied is OK. However, if I drill down through the Dell support pages, I just reproduce the fault as descrbed.
It looks as though the Dell website is a little disjointed at the moment,
Again, thanks for your support.

Sure you're reading the Service Tag correctly? (Don't post it here.) Sometimes its hard to tell if it's a 1 (one) or letter l, a zero or letter O,etc...
If you know you got it right, send a PM through the forum to @DELL-Cares. Explain the issue and ask them to check your account...

Ron,
Yes I am entering my correct service tag - no 1/I or 0/O's.
Can't see how to send private message - please advise.

@IanFM - Click the Dell-Cares link I posted above. When that opens, look on right side of the screen for
Click the link to send a private message. That should open the PM window and automatically address the PM to Dell-Cares. Just enter your info, including PC model number, Service Tag, email address, your address, and then send it.
Dell-Cares should respond and help get this sorted. They might request additional info.
(Don't post any of your personal info here.)

@DELL-Cares does not want to help !!
They say my PC is out of warranty (which it is) and suggests I seek help from the community.
