Transfer Data from Dell Inspiron 580S to Dell Inspiron 3020 Desktop - 13th Gen Intel Core i5 - 8GB Memory
Is it possible to transfer data/files from my old computer (Dell Inspiron 580S Window 10 Home along with Microsoft Office Word & Excel 2007) to the new Dell Inspiron 3020 - 13th Gen Intel Core i5 - 8GB Memory Intel UHD Graphics 730 - 512GB SSD?

Look into using Dell Migrate. You'll need 2 monitors or a monitor plus a TV that accepts HDMI input to use Dell Migrate.
Keep in mind you won't be able to move any application files, only your personal files. Applications will have to be installed directly into Win 11 on the new PC. So make sure you have all the product keys, in order to activate the apps on the new PC.

Microsoft Office, browsers other than Edge (eg, Chrome, Firefox), printer software, utility apps, Adobe Reader, etc.
Basically everything you use that isn't built into Windows or wasn't factory-installed by Dell (eg SupportAssist, Dell Update, McAfee, Cyberlink software).
