Sometimes only way I can wake computer up is by changing usb port for mouse or keyboard, or disconnecting ethernet cable

Windows 11

When computer goes to sleep, sometimes I cannot wake it up when I click on the keyboard.

After trying many online suggestions to resolve this, I found that often, but not always, I can wake it up by doing one of the following;: change USB port for the mouse; change USB port for the keyboard,  or disconnecting the ethernet cable.  Sometimes one of these 3 options will work, but later that option will not work.  I think,  but am not sure, that I once removed the wire connected to my speakers, and that woke the computer up.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

@markb60000  - In addition, open Device Manager and expand list under USB. Open each USB entry and if it has a Power Management tab, uncheck the box "Allow PC to turn off". Also check the box "allow device to wake...", if available. Repeat for all USB devices.

Next, expand list under Human Interface Devices (HID) in Device Manager and make same changes for any device with a Power Management tab with those boxes.
