Slow PC since windows 11 install

I have an Inspiron pc that had windows 10 home installed. When the windows 11 was installed it is the Pro version. I didn't have a choice of which version to install. I do have another computer with windows 10 pro and it wasn't eligible for the update, so I think the 11 install was downloaded by windows to the wrong unit. I had to purchase a new unit to replace the pro unit because it was too old for an update.  

Since the install my unit is very slow. I don't have any apps other than what is necessary, and I don't use it for documents or for printing. Basically it's used for social media and email. I have Norton virus protection and a strong wifi connection. I have used very little storage and when I try to use disk cleanup there isn't much to clear. The unit worked great before the windows install.

Does anyone else have this problem?
