From what I can see, the RX 6600 XT card has a minimum recommendation of a 500W PSU.
The PSU in the Inspiron 3880 is a proprietary design, so will you be able to find a 500W after-market PSU with the right PCI-e power connectors that fits and works in this PC? This user claims there's a 360W PSU that will work, but that's probably not big enough for the RX 6600 XT card.
Assuming you could find a suitable PSU upgrade, other questions to ask:
1. Will the card physically fit inside the Inspiron 3880 which has a mini-tower case?
2. Is the card single- or double-slot wide? And will a double-wide card fit on the motherboard?
3. The RX 6600 XT supports PCI-e 4.0 but the PC only supports PCI-e 3.0. The card should still work, but its performance won't be as good as when it's installed in a PC supporting PCI-4.0. Is that acceptable?
You can get an idea of what video cards others are using in Inspiron 3880 at userbenchmark. Just keep in mind that site doesn't mention the PSU size being used with any of those cards. So just because someone is using a card in the Inspiron 3880, doesn't necessarily mean it will work for you, depending on PSU size in your PC...
