Restoring Computer when Power Goes Out. Now, Missing Boot Sequence to Restart Computer
I was reinstalling my system via the computer to set at factory default when the power went out and I was no longer able to get in my system. I have a backup of my computer, but it is all in zip files. I need a sequence to set up to find the cd and get into that information so that I can boot it. Or, if someone is able, give me the codes that will start the boot sequence from the UEC??? menu. H-E-L-P!

Not quite understand about your question asking for a code. If you meant the BIOS password, you can clear it using the jumper on motherboard.
If you have a Dell computer, tapping on F2 at boot will give you access to BIOS settings. Or, with Windows installer USB/CD connected, tapping F12 at boot will give you access to one time boot menu and select the USB or CD to boot.
