RAM speed for Dell inspiron 3891 after CPU upgrade
Hello,
From the official specifications of dell 3891 (my pc) : "NOTE:2933 MHz speed memory modules are only available for computers that are shipped with 11th Generation Intel Core i5/i5F/i7/i7F processors."
Do you know if this is only for original CPU (i5-10400) on the motherboard or if upgrading the CPU (to i5-11400) can increase the RAM Speed ?

Not sure how you didn't understand the answer. The memory will run at the speed the processors are rated for.
Meaning memory will operate at the speed of 2933 MHz with 11th gen CPU, and it will run at 2666 MHz with 10th gen CPU.
Make sure that you have memory with speed of 2933 MHz or higher being installed when you upgrade to 11th gen CPU. The memory speed will increase automatically.

While the memory module is capable to operate at the speed of 2933 MHz, it will run at 2666 MHz with 10th generation processors as that is the speed the processors are rated for.
Normally, users upgraded the processors for their intended usages and needs. But, to improve memory speed is not one of feasible reason, performance gain versus cost.

@Chino de Oro You didn't answer my question: will upgrading the CPU automatically upgrade the RAM speed or not?
