Power supply upgrade confirmed

I recently came across a problem when helping to upgrade a relatives Dell Inspiron 3880, when I went to the power supply upgrade list, the options were scarce, a 200 watt and a 260 watt. So I clicked on the 200 watt power supply and went to compatibility list and after scrolling through the list and searching psu upgrades , I came across a 360 watt power supply( Dell part 19YR3 ) for a OptiPlex 7060 Tower which happened to be compatible with the 200 watt power supply from the Inspiron 3880, Both machines use a 6 pin atx + 4 pin atx and the 360 watt comes with a bonus 6 pin gpu power connector. So I went ahead and ordered it and installed it, with the new power supply I ended up being able to install a 6 pin Dell Geforce GTX 1660 Super.

agree that Dell psu is interchangeable among Optiplex and Inspiron sharing same mobo white ATX and CPU sockets.

in this case these are the compatible Inspiron models
