Power on

If your PC starts directly into a memory test screen without pressing the power button, it usually indicates a problem with the motherboard's power switch connection, meaning the system is automatically initiating a diagnostic test upon receiving power due to a faulty power button signal.  If pc is > 5 years old try replacing cmos battery w a new one then clear cmos settings by motherboard jumper 

For better and more accurate help, always include the exact model of your PC.  The OS it's running is often helpful also.
