For the system, run diagnostics scan for issue and report the results here.

For the installer, recreate and test it on a different device to see if it can be initialized.

I'm also encountering this issue right now with my Inspiron 3670. I’ve tried initializing the setup multiple times, but it just doesn’t seem to progress. If anyone has suggestions or a step-by-step guide to resolve this, it would be really helpful!
