No power leads or manual with new computer
I would like to complain. I have been trying to get a power lead and manual as these were not received with my computer. I have spoken to technical support and sales support. No one can help as customer care loops back to online support which is sales and technical support chat. I have been trying to resolve for over a month. I am tired and fed up. I would return the computer but over the 14 days. I just want to be able to use the computer but have no power lead as it was never in the box. No manual or start up instructions. Thanks

Dell has not provided paper manuals in several years.
Your Inspiron 24 5430 All-in-One Owner's Manual is online HERE on the same site where you access Drivers & Downloads.
There should have been the AC power adapter brick and power cable in the box =
7HRTX 90W AC power adapter brick
J663C power cable
Please post pictures for the DELL-Cares agents of the open shipping box showing all in box compartments. Remove the cardboard insert in the box and look under it.

I am unable to reply because you closed the chat. Can I have the complaint department. You sell a computer with no leads. We have been trying to resolve for a month. I am thinking of contacting an trading association as we can't use the computer or get a response. You have taken our money but we can't use a computer that is sent without leads. The customer care number puts us back to this online system. How can we speak to you if you don't allow customers to reply without closing the chat!!! We just want the leads that were not in the box. It really should not be this hard to get any service. I came to you because I loved my DELL computer but this have been terrible. I saved for this machine for months so feel upset and let down.

@DELL-Chris M There are no leads. We have pulled the box and cardboard out. There is no a power lead

The GHN (Get Help Now) chat team will assist in this. To do this, we must move your Post to the Inspiron Desktops board.
Once there, on the bottom right click =

Provide the private Inspiron 24 5430 All-in-One Service Tag to the GHN virtual agent. Answer the questions so that it assigns the case to a GHN agent.
