Have had this desktop since January 2024. Have tried two monitors now. Just stops connecting to monitor after 5-10 days. Have to hard restart every time.
So frustrating. Have seen multiple posts on this. Any solves or should I return?

Considering it is new I would strongly suggest calling Dell tech support. As far as return is concerned, you only have 30 days from delivery to return. One question though, you did not mention if you have tried another HDMI cable.

In addition to good advice from JOcean, other resolution is using displayport connection with a displayport to hdmi cable.

Hello, is there any updates on this? It s clear that the problem is that after the BIOS update provided at the beginning of June the HDMI monitors have stopped working correctly , those with an HDMI-HDMI cable at least. This means that if you apply that BIOS, you should as well implement other changes in the settings and so forth. These were not provided. As well I could not downgrade the BIOS to previous ones, tried last night.
Thanks

@mcy111 , many users never post back the result after received answers or suggestions. To receive better attention and inputs from the community, I suggest that you start a new thread for your system issue. Remember to disclose your system models, BIOS version and OS info. It will alert Dell attention when many posts with the same issue causing by same BIOS release.
