No display on Uefi mode and secure boot after case swapping vostro 270/inspiron 660

I recently case swapped my vostro 270 I only reused motherboard and cpu it's an i7 3770 I changed psu to a 650w and gpu is red devil rx 580, it boots into bios when connected to motherboard but if plugged into gpu it wouldn't display anything so I changed form uefi to legacy and turned on legacy oprom and switched off secure boot and then it started displaying bios from gpu, I wanna install windows 10 on this system and ik it would work on legacy but I want to get it to work on uefi if I can I'm confused why it's not working as both motherboard and rx 580 support uefi, please help I'm confused what's wrong
