New PC to replace Inspiron 3647

The present model in the same position is the Inspiron 3030 desktop.

I recommend Inspiron 3910 it has 12th gen cpu which does not have issue of newer 13/14th gen in 3020/3030

@3dollarBill -  Would help if you mention the intended uses for any new PC... 

PC for home use - Video & MP3 player, surfing the web, E-mail & decent text editor & simple spreadsheets, light graphics. No gaming.

Lots of complaints that Inspiron 3910 won't accept RAM that wasn't purchased directly from Dell.

So unless you max out RAM at purchase and/or have no future plans to increase RAM, you may want to choose a different model.
