Need Parts for Inpiron one 2020 AIO - H339 TV & IR questions

Picked up an Inspiron one 2020 non-touch at a local GoodWill store for $6.37. It was stuck in with monitors and I couldn't resist. Other than it's a Pentium G with only 4gb RAM the only issue I've found is the HDD is crashed. It now has an i5-2400S CPU which the A07 BIOS identifies just fine. A 1tb SSD and 8gb RAM are on the way. Also ordered the AVerMedia H339 Mini-PCI-e TV card and a third party Antenna-in port/cable assembly. I have a couple of questions.

1. TheAVerMedia TV H339 card is identified as a match and both A & B versions have two (2) connectors marked 1 & 2. Dell documentation says, "connect the TV tuner cable to the connector on the card." AVerMedia has no support for this discontinued device, so the question is: Which connector is Antenna-In? Connector 2 is located in the same place as the one connector on the TV card in Dell documentation, but it seems more logical to me that connector 1 would be Antenna-In and 2 would be Antenna-Out (pass through) such as a VCR/DVR.

2. Source for the Dell 35PJ7 - IR Receiver Cable Assembly? The motherboard has an IR header and the mounting in the front case for this part. I found one at a parts place in Florida, but their shipping cost of three times the price makes it more than $30 delivered to Arizona. I could get it for less from the UK, if I could find one in the UK. Anyone know where in the USA I could find one? Or, where a schematic of the cable could be found? It looks like no more than an IR receiver diode in a small casing to snap into the front face and a cable back to the motherboard header.

3. Should I find/make a receiver cable, would the Dell RC260 remote be good, or is there a better match?
