My 2019 3670 general purpose (not gaming) desktop doesn't sleep at night, the fans are running 24/7 how long will they last?
Should I purchase advance replacement CPU fan and PSU fan or do they last forever?
I'd like the desktop to sleep at night but the internet is connected and keeps it awake, and wakes it from sleep after 10 seconds. What's up with that?

the sleep cmos settings may be corrupted.
if still not sleeping try a clean Windows install.
