M5130W mouse scrolling wheel problem

hello, bought third M5130W mouse in 2 years already. each of them ends with a scroll wheel problem. wheel omits, swipe down doesn't scroll the page or page goes up and vice versa. behavior is the same for all three mice approximately 2-3 months after purchase!

manufacturing defect..?

in works i m using ordinary wired mouse (delivered with optiplex PC) where scroll wheel working fine many years. Where is the problem? 

warranty can be applied? 
MS5130 doesnt cheap product and this is essential issue for daily using :(
