Is it safe to install Intel® Graphics Driver 31.0.101.2128 for 7th-10th Gen Intel® Core™ Processor Graphics?
I keep getting this download from Intel:
Intel® Graphics Driver 31.0.101.2128 for 7th-10th Gen Intel® Core™ Processor Graphics
1. Is it safe to install in my Dell Inspiron??
2. If not, how do I prevent this update from constantly returning?

Define safe. When the source of update message is from Windows updates or from Dell update utility, you can opt for the update just like every other drivers and firmware being updated through the same channel.
If the message was a popup from internet sites while you were browsing internet, do not accept it.

Always include the exact PC model in your posts. If your PC doesn't have 7th-10th gen CPU, then don't download the driver If you're using Win10 or 11, chances are you already have the graphics driver needed.
