Intermittent Blinking/Blackout
Hello
I have connected my PC to my TV using HDMI. The video and audio are fine but about every half hour or so the screen and sound blacks out for a second before coming back on again.
Not a massive issue but pretty annoying when I'm streaming Netflix or other video streaming.
I had the connection via an HDMI splitter and then tried connecting directly to the TV but unfortunately the issue remains. I wouldn't have thought it's a cable quality issue as rest of the time it works fine.
Are there any settings I could try to prevent this from happening? Or can anyone think of why this happens?
Many thanks

Is this a new problem or always been this way?
You have a slow i3 CPU. 4GB of total RAM is really very marginal for Win 10, especially when streaming video. And keep in mind the slow i3 CPU and probably ~half of 4GB of RAM are being hogged by Intel Graphics. So you might just be exceeding the capabilities of this PC, possibly causing overheating and CPU throttling.
Next time it recovers from screen blackout, look in Windows Event Viewer to see if any issues got logged around the time of the blackout.
There are 17 BIOS updates for this PC model since the original version. Some fix performance problems and others fix security issues. Latest version is 2.24.0 (May, 2022). You can see the list here and go to the page for each version that's later than the one that's installed now to see what each one does.
Then decide if you want to update or not. In theory, and depending on what version is running now, you should be able to go directly to the latest version, but it might be safer to do one or a few intermediate updates before installing the latest one.
Do not use SupportAssist to update BIOS. It's safer to follow the instructions for Updating the BIOS from BIOS Boot Menu (independent of operating system) listed under Installation Instructions on each BIOS page so they're done entirely outside Windows using a USB stick.
