Inspiron One 2330 AIO bios

Hello All,

Set up dual boot of Windows 10 & Debian 12 on Dell Inspiron One 2330 AIO.
In the UEFI boot entires available only shows 'Windows Boot Manager'. By default the Debian grub boot menu is working as expected. Once i actually boot into windows the grub boot menu disappears and the machine boots into the Windows installation rebooting after this.

If i run the SuperGrub2 rescue disk, can do a 'grub-install /dev/sda' and the grub menu in showing again with both the Windows 10 & Debian options to boot to.
Am sure this is a bios defect but the machine does have the latest bios. This machine is pretty old I realize but serves out home needs.
We have two other slightly newer Inspirons with a more graphical style looking bios,,and these machines show booth 'Windows Boot Manager" & Debian as bootable HD's.

Anyone else run into this scenario?

TIA
