Inspiron G5 5090, wouldn’t turn on now won’t display
I have a Dell Inspiron G5 5090 desktop (warranty expired December 2020) and a Dell S3222DGM monitor. A month or two ago my pc would crash and loud static would play in my errors this would be fixed with a restart, it happened more frequently so i went to dell updates and scanned my files and hardware, no issues where found. eventually this was happening every few minutes untill my pc stopped turning on, when i powered it up the power button was orange and blinked 7 times then stopped. I found a solution of turning my monitor on right after i power up my pc. this stopped working and now my pc will turn on and be lit up but my monitor says no signal found, i switched from a hdmi cable to a dp and still it won’t work. I also have a second monitor and it will not work for that ethier.

As I said, 7 amber blinks isn't documented so that's not going to help.
Do a BIST test on the PSU. Follow instructions here for PCs with only a PSU LED on back, but without a BIST test button.
Assuming it passes the BIST, try clearing BIOS:
If that doesn't help, and because this PC model doesn't support onboard Intel UHD Graphics, you would have to swap in a different PCI-e x16 video card to see if your video card failed. That assumes you can borrow one from another PC for this test. New video cards are quite expensive right now and there's no guarantee that will solve the problem, so I'd hate to see you spend money and still have the same problem.

@Cal_H Are all 7 blinks amber or some white? There's no error code listed that's just 7 blinks, either all amber or all white.
Have you tried turning the monitor on a few sec before powering the PC on?
Have you tried clearing BIOS?
Is PC still under warranty?
FYI: Never post your Service Tag in this public forum. If you can, please click the 3-dot menu on right side of your post and select Edit, to delete the Service Tag. Only share your Service Tag with Dell-Cares by Private Message through this forum, if/when they ask for it.
EDIT: Do your monitors automatically detect the input video signal eg, HDMI or DP? Or do you have to manually change the setting on the monitor's own On-Screen Display (OSD) that's opened by pressing a button(s) directly on the monitor? Or if the OSD has an "auto-detect" feature, try disabling that and manually selecting either HDMI or DP, depending on what you're using between video card and monitor.

Thanks for the reply. My monitors auto detect the input source, i switched it to direct input direction only and nothing changed. the code was 7 amber blinks than a stop, my pc is now turning on automatically with no error code and if i turn it off it turns itself on, it only stops when i unhook the power but as soon as i plug it back in the issues restarts. When it restarts the power button goes amber to white then is turned on. still no output to the monitors i’ve tried switching their auto detection and cables but it doesn’t change anything.

The power button turning white means PC has successfully completed the POST which is a good sign the motherboard is in good condition.
Any chance you can borrow an x16 video card, or a USB3>HDMI dongle? A USB3>HDMI, will be cheaper than a video card, if you can't borrow either of those. And/or find a PC repair shop that can test it with a different video card for you.
